This Privacy Policy describes how Revive Minds LLC ("RVMNDS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit, sign up for messages from, or make a purchase from www.rvmnds.com (the "Site").

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as "Device Information."

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date/time stamps.

When you sign up for our email or text message lists, or make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information."

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the Order Information we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and order confirmations). We also use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you, including about product drops, restocks, and offers when you have asked to hear from us;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SMS / Text Message Marketing

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following terms apply.

Consent. When you provide your mobile number through our sign-up form, at checkout, or by texting a keyword to us, and you agree to our messaging terms, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from RVMNDS at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages. Messages may include product drops, early access, restocks, promotions, cart reminders, and order or shipping updates.

Abandoned cart reminders. Our website uses cookies to help keep track of items you add to your shopping cart, including when you have left items behind without checking out. We use this information to determine when to send you a cart reminder message by text or email. You can opt out of these reminders at any time by replying STOP to a text or unsubscribing from email.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will stop receiving marketing texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

Sharing of mobile data. We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. This applies even where other sharing is described elsewhere in this policy: the only exception is sharing with the aggregators and service providers that help us operate our messaging program (for example, our SMS platform provider), and only as needed to deliver the messages you have requested.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us provide the services described above. As noted in the SMS section above, your mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and is shared only with the providers that deliver our text messages.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioral Advertising

We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

We do not use precise geolocation tracking or location-based services, and we do not send text messages based on your physical location. The IP address and time zone described above are used only for fraud screening and general analytics, not to track your specific location.

Your Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Your Rights (European Residents)

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. To exercise this right, contact us using the information below. We process your information to fulfill any contracts we have with you (for example, when you place an order), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

Minors

The Site and our marketing programs are not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from or send marketing messages to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
