Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. If there's a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $7.99, calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs processing
Customs, duties, and taxes: RVMNDS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
International orders may be subject to customs delays outside of our control

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

RVMNDS is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/mailroom
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
Reach out to us at info@rvmnds.com and we'll do what we can to help

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RVMNDS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@rvmnds.com— we can only make changes before the order ships.
